Linear Guide The linear guide consists of a track plate assembly and wheel plate assembly, each wheel plate assembly containing four DualVee wheels. Support Beams

Track plate Track plate assembly consisting of two or more lengths of induction hardened steel track mounted to an anodized aluminum substrate Drive End Constructed with anodized aluminum housing and hardened stainless steel input drive shaft. Sprocket and shaft are supported by two single row ball bearings. Idler End with Belt Tensioning Adjustment Rugged anodized aluminum housing; sprocket is supported by two single row ball bearings. Chain tension adjustment screw is easily accessed on the back plate of the idler end assembly. |

Wiper wheel plates are available with your choice of DualVee guide wheels and provide the lowest height solution. Basic wheel plates are the more economical choice and come with Integral DualVee wheels and your choice of either lubricators or wheel covers. Both the wiper wheel plate and the basic wheel plate are intended to run on track plate assemblies. | |||||||||

The extruded aluminum beam comes with T slots for quick and easy mounting of brackets and other aluminum framing members.
