SlickStick™ is an entry level actuator designed with ease in mind: an out-of-the-box, plug-and-play actuated system. SlickStick™ can just as easily be used in a DIY home project as it can be used for dusty equipment.

Travel lengths from 6" to 48" in 6 inch increments
0.5" or 1.0" pitch stainless steel lead screw drive.

Single piece base extrusion designed for easy and flexible mounting
T-slot for mounting from below
Internal slots for cable routing
Tensioned lead screw for reduced whip
Carriage with adjustable preload to extend life and maximize accuracy
Threaded attachment points on carriage
Motor mount for NEMA 17 or NEMA 23 motor; includes integrated sensor mount
Low friction polymer sliding element, usable in dirt and debris; readily replaceable
Included coupler for NEMA 17 & NEMA 23 steppers
