DualVee® single edge linear guide rail has 90º vee way surfaces for use with DualVee® guide wheels and an integrated mounting shoulder for rapid and easy alignment during mounting. Material is unhardened and remains soft in all areas allowing for drilling or other machining. General purpose carbon steel at 12.50" length with 7 each 0.156" diameter mounting holes. Provided polished and oiled. Available finish operations include black oxide, thin dense chrome, or nickel plating and non-standard hole patterns or lengths can be accommodated and are quoted upon request.
