DualVee® single edge linear guide rail has 90º vee way surfaces for use with DualVee® guide wheels and has an integrated mounting shoulder for rapid and easy alignment during mounting. Vee surfaces are available soft as-drawn or induction hardened for durability. When hardened material remains soft below the mounting shoulder, allowing for drilling or other machining. General purpose AISI 1045 carbon steel or corrosion resistant AISI 420 stainless steel. Provided polished and oiled. Available finish operations for carbon steel version include black oxide, thin dense chrome, or nickel plating, and stainless steel can be finished with passivation or electropolished. Available in a variety of standard cut lengths with standard hole patterns. Can be produced with non-standard hole patterns or lengths and quoted upon request.
